ForwardAI visits LendIt Nexus
This year, ForwardAI is thrilled to be shortlisted as a finalist of the LendIt Fintech’s 2022 Emerging Fintech Company award. In anticipation of the announcement of the winners of LendIt Fintech’s awards, ForwardAI’s very own Co-founder and CEO – Nick Chandi – travelled to Miami to join with decisions makers and executives from worldwide:
It was great to catch up with friends in person and see how companies grew and thrived despite the pandemic. I was very excited to represent ForwardAI this year at LendIt Nexus. Travelling to Miami was a nice change of scenery for me, as, like many others, I found it difficult to travel much. It was great to enjoy the nice tropical weather down here in Miami, especially when the ground is still frosty back home.
At LendIt Nexus, I was fortunate to reconnect with some familiar faces like Peter Renton, and network with new decision-makers from around the world who share similar visions for the industry.

Aside from witnessing the growth of the many financial institutions and fintech that partook in the conference in person, one of the highlights at LendIt Nexus was definitely the yoga sessions at the Miami beach. In fact, I actually enjoyed it so much on the first day of the conference that I went back the second morning!
ForwardAI presented as a finalist for the Emerging Fintech Company award at LendIt Nexus.
Being able to participate in LendIt Nexus in-person this year was terrific. Although ForwardAI didn’t win, we extend our sincerest gratitude for being considered a finalist for the 2022 Emerging Fintech Company award and congratulate Atomic for its win this year! It was extraordinary to see what so many companies were able to achieve in 2021.
We look “forward” to continued innovation in 2022.
